- If you are the high bidder when the auction ends and the reserve has been met, the system may email you notifying you of this. You will also receive an email from David Williams of Rising Star Ranch congratulating you on your purchase and the details on how to make payment and arrange for pick-up.
- As many horses that are sold may not be delivered to Rising Star until after the sale, we will work out the details for the shortest time of travel whether it be to Rising Star or to the sellers farm whichever is more convenient for the buyer.
- As each auction ends and the reserve has been met in that auction the high bidder immediately becomes the owner of that horse. As arrangements are made for payment and pick up there will be no board charge to the buyer until the horse is delivered to Rising Star Ranch. At that time the horse will be boarded at Rising Star Ranch at the rate of $16/day at the buyers expense until the buyer can pick up the horse.
- If you are high bidder at the end of the auction and the reserve has not been met, the high bidder will receive an email from David Williams of Rising Star Ranch informing you of what the reserve was on that horse and you as high bidder will have the first opportunity of meeting the reserve and purchasing the horse.
